The below links are for VFSAAA Dues Forms covering the past several
years. The dues form for the upcoming membership year, 2020-2021, is at the top
of the list. Please follow the instructions on the form to submit your payment. Please submit a copy of PayPal receipt
with your membership form.
If you/your agency will be using PayPal
to submit your payment you must included a copy of the PayPal receipt with the dues form so that
your membership status can be updated correctly. If your agency is paying membership dues for multple members a
copy of the PayPal receipt must be attached to the dues forms so the memberships can be updated correctly.
BE SURE TO USE THE CORRECT FORM FOR THE MEMBERSHIP YEAR THAT APPLIES TO THE PAYMENT YOU ARE SUBMITTING!
Regardless of your membership status, a dues form is required to be completed annually. If you do not
need an updated membership card (i.e. Life Membership), this can be indicated by checking “Neither” on the form.

The VFSAAA now offers the ability to pay your
dues using PAYPAL. You must still fill out a dues form if you pay with PayPal.
Please attach a copy of your PayPal receipt to the dues form when submitting
to the Treasurer. Click the PayPal button below and follow
the directions.
