All clothing items come with the VFSA logo embroidered on the left chest area.

The logo is embroidered in the center of the hat.

The logo will be centered on the flap of the cloth brief case.

The logo can be ordered either with the standard blue background or with a clear background. Select which logo on the order form. If a choice of logos is not indicated Shenandoah will make the choice.

Ordering and Payment Instructions

Please read the following before you place and order. This ordering system will work only if members follow these directions and pay for the ordered items promptly.

1. Click on the link, “Order Form Here” for an order form to Shenandoah Awards.

2. The order form will open in a different browser page. This will give you the opportunity to switch back and forth between the catalog page and the order form when making your order.

3. Complete the order form. It will fill out the quantity and totals automatically. Larger sizes, XXL and up, cost more and have their own line on the order form.

4. Print two copies of your form (Select the “Landscape” setting in the Page Set-up in your printer). Submit one to the Treasurer of the Alumni Association with your payment in full. The address can be obtained off the Alumni Association’s web site or from the bottom of the order form. Keep the other for your records. DO NOT SEND YOUR PAYMENT TO SHENANDOAH AWARDS.                                                                    

    5. Click on the “Submit” button. The order will be sent to Shenandoah Awards.

Now sit back and wait for your order to come in. This is what happens on our end.

6. When Shenandoah Awards receives an order they will contact the Alumni Association, either by phone or e-mail, to confirm that the person placing the order is a “Member in Good Standing”.

7. The Alumni Association will then contact Shenandoah Awards, advising them to proceed with the order.

8. Shenandoah Awards will then manufacture the item and ship it directly to the member.

9. Each month Shenandoah Awards will submit a detailed invoice to the Alumni Association for the items ordered.
