Dear Graduates,
This information was just released from the friends and family of David
W. Kackley. For those of you who are not aware, David is a graduate of the 34th Session of the Virginia Forensic
Academy. David was killed in a motorcycle accident involving a deer on Sunday, May 30th at 2015 hours in Clarke County
while returning from the "Rolling Thunder" motorcycle "ride-in" to Washington, DC for Memorial Day recognition.
David served with the following Virginia Law Enforcement agencies:
Stafford County Sheriff's Office
Fauquier County Sheriff's Office
Town of Leesburg Police Department
Page County Sheriff's Office
Frederick
County Sheriff's Office
Dave also served a year in Bosnia and approximately 6 months in Louisiana following
Hurricane Katrina.

Berryville, VA
Friday, June 4, 2010 at 10; Service at First Baptist Church, Winchester, VA
There will be a repast between the service and the
burial (at the Church) from 11:00AM – 12:30PM
Friday, June 4, 2010 at 2:30PM; Burial at Quantico National Cemetery

A donation to a scholarship fund set-up at BB&T Bank, Winchester, VA
